Gordon Leak Associates are working with a well-established and highly reputable company who are looking for a experienced Site Manager to join their team on a permanent bass.
Overseeing the safe delivery of a Project involving installation of energy efficiency measures which include External Wall Insulation, Loft & Cavity Wall Insulation, Heat Pumps and Solar panel installations to eligible homes
* Provide Health and safety leadership to your site delivery team, ensuring all works are carried out in a safe manner and do not cause risk to our installers, occupants and the general public
* Liaising closely with the Operational Support Team to ensure works are carried out in accordance with agreed specifications and in a compliant way to ensure quality and compliance standards are met. Delivering projects to programme as set by the senior management team.
* Liaise closely with occupants and homeowners to ensure they are kept fully informed of progress and any matters which may arise during installation of the works. To ensure our suppliers, sub-contractors and direct workforce follow company policies and procedures including Health & Safety, Quality Assurance and Installation standards.
* Carry out when necessary, toolbox talks, daily activity briefings with sub-contractors and direct workforce
* Liaise with the Operational Support team to order general materials as required to complete the project.
* To lead on site team to deliver the company’s “management expectations” successfully across all key areas of the project, managing and supporting the individuals and team that are under your control to meet and exceed business performance targets.
SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid (preferred)
* Competent user of IT software packages including MS Office or similar tablet-based quality assurance software (preferred).
* High level of organisational ability along with time management skills to drive and meet deadlines (essential).
* Commitment to providing a high-quality service demonstrating reliability, conscientiousness, and flexibility (essential).
