Calling all experienced Lead Scrub Practitioners An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned professional to join a dynamic, friendly team based in Hertfordshire. If you're ready to take your career to the next level, this could be the perfect role for you.
This Lead Scrub Practitioner role offers a fantastic salary of £45,000.00 per annum, along with a robust benefits package. You'll be working a 37.5-hour week, Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday shift thrown into the mix for good measure.
Our client is a progressive healthcare provider who prides themselves on their high standards of patient care and exceptional customer service. They're a busy, friendly team looking for a new Lead Scrub Practitioner to join their ranks.
As Lead Scrub Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:

Leading the Theatre Team to provide efficient, personalised patient care
Maintaining excellent communication and customer service standards
Adhering to all policies and procedures to ensure the best possible clinical outcomes for patients

An annual salary of £45,000

A full-time contract, working 37.5 hours per week
To be considered for the Lead Scrub Practitioner role, you'll need:

Registration with the NMC/HCPC
High standards of clinical competence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work effectively both in a team and independently
Demonstrated customer service and IT skills
Ability to plan equipment and consumable requirements
