Reedare supporting a professional services company to recruit a HR & Payroll Team Lead on a temporary basis. You will be managing the day-to-day delivery of cost effective, accurate and timely HR/Payroll services, ensuring high standards are maintained through competent and skilled team members.

This is a fully remote role paying circa £31,200 per annum.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of cost effective, accurate and timely HR/Payroll services, ensuring high standards are maintained through competent and skilled team members.
  • Ensure effective processes and procedures are in place, quality assurance and validation checks are carried out as well as adherence to legislation and client Terms and Conditions of Employment.
  • Ensure advice and support to clients on conditions of service for all categories of staff, is consistent and adheres to client policies and procedures.
  • Manage excellent working relationships with external and internal clients, ensuring the team are providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure working standards and Service Level Agreement targets are consistently met across the team, through effective inductions, training, development, benchmarking performance against agreed standards, management and monitoring of work and through quality assurance of processes and practice.
  • Lead on specific projects and service reviews of administrative procedures and processes as agreed with the HR and Payroll Delivery Manager and implement change in the interests of efficiency in the delivery of HR & Payroll services.
  • Lead projects and activities to support service review and enhancements.
