As a Family Lawyer within this esteemed practice, one will handle a diverse caseload, including but not limited to divorce, child custody, and financial settlements.   • Provide expert legal advice and representation in all aspects of family law.
  • Manage cases with diligence, from initial consultation to resolution.
  • Draft and review legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court proceedings when necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law and any legislative changes.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a current practising certificate.
  • Proven experience in family law, with a track record of successful case management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and other professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Empathy and discretion when dealing with sensitive client matters.
