Job Description

We are delighted to be partnering with a progressive and forward-thinking business as they look to shape their future tech landscape. If you are a Senior/Lead Developer or Solutions Architect looking for an opportunity to genuinely add value and make a difference, look no further You will be responsible for architecting and designing solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements whilst working closely with both the technical and non-technical departments within the business to ensure continued success. You'll drive architectural vision and direction, architect solutions, govern all change, provide advice and guidance, monitor emerging technologies, evaluate, and recommend technology, and much more.

This position requires an excellent knowledge of business, data and application architecture, design, and technology - including integration best practice and how to maintain agility within the overall IT estate. As the business has implemented MS Dynamics 365, knowledge within this area will be required, however our client is keen to ensure that individuals are able to offer a more holistic approach to all of their solutions and not just MS Dynamics 365. They will consider an experienced development led individual with an interest in stepping into a solutions-based role, as well as experienced Solutions Architects.

Job Responsibilities of the Solutions Architect:

  • Architect, govern, and deliver a wide variety of solutions to meet business needs
  • Work with the development teams to build and integrate information systems to meet company requirements.
  • Assess current systems architecture and recommend improvements.
  • Provide support and guidance to development teams on architectural elements.
  • Research emerging technologies and propose changes where necessary.
  • Contribute to strategic technology plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop frameworks, standards, and procedures to guide technology decisions.
  • Produce high-level design deliverables for flexible, scalable, and secure products.

Person Requirements of the Solutions Architect:

  • Proven experience as a Lead Developer and Architect.
  • Ability to architect, govern, and deliver solutions effectively.
  • Experience with agile delivery teams and product development.
  • Proficiency in coding languages and legal-specific applications.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities.
  • Collaboration-oriented mindset with effective persuasion skills.
