We are looking for a Website / Account Manager to oversee the development, performance, maintenance and growth of a brand new website.
JS Media (JobShows.co.uk) and NAS Media (NASEvents.co.uk) are the leading organisers of the UK’s biggest career events. Our new website will enhance our offering to both employers and jobseekers. 

The new website will operate from a third party WordPress platform. So software development skills are not required.

The ideal candidate will have some experience with WordPress. Part of the role is to ensure our clients are utilising the new website in full, so excellent communication and people skills are required.

Website Management Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the new website, including content updates, design changes, and functionality improvements.
Regularly monitor website performance metrics, such as traffic, conversions, and user engagement, and implement strategies to optimise these metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and operations, to develop and execute website initiatives that support business goals.
Conduct regular audits of the website to identify areas for improvement, such as broken links, outdated content, or usability issues, and take appropriate action to address these issues.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in web development, SEO, and user experience design, and apply this knowledge to enhance the website.
Manage relationships with external vendors, such as web hosting providers or third-party developers, to ensure the website operates smoothly and securely.

Account Management Responsibilities
Sign up exhibitor clients to the new website and make sure their software is connected to ours.
Maintain regular contact with each client and ensure they continue to use the new website effectively.
Drive growth of new website sales. 
WordPress experience
Understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
