Electrical Construction Manager
Large-scale data centre project opportunity
Contract: Permanent, full-time, site based
Our client is a well-established mechanical, electrical and HVAC engineering and construction company, with major project experience across a wide range of sectors in Europe including pharmaceutical, data centre, healthcare, education, commercial, and power generation.
We are supporting several vacancies, including an opportunity for an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join a large-scale data centre project in West London.
As an Electrical Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and supervising personnel on-site. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will uphold the highest standards of safety and quality while assuming leadership responsibilities. Your contributions will be valued in our supportive work culture.
Support the Project Manager in personnel management and supervision.
* Enforce safety standards and ensure exemplary quality of work.
* Manage labor resources efficiently, including subcontractor activities.
* Maintain regular communication with subcontractors and address performance issues.
* Ensure adherence to project specifications and quality plans.
* Participate in project handover and close-out activities.
Trade or Degree qualification in an electrical discipline.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in Data Centre projects.
* Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate teams and subcontractors.
* Knowledge of design and construction processes.
