Job Title: KW Field Sales Specialist - South West (Ruminant)
Regional role covering the South West area (Bristol, Bath, Hampshire and Devon), on average 2 - 3 days per week travelling
Are you a commercial, driven and knowledgeable Ruminant sales specialist? Would you like to join our growing Dairy division at an exciting time as we continue to expand our product and solution offering to the dairy farming industry?
This is a unique role working in our commercial KW Feed Sales team that will involve going out to our farm customers to build long term relationships, offering feed and nutrition recommendations and solutions. Your focus will be to deliver measurable improvements regarding cow feeding efficiency and performance, herd health and provide sector leading market knowledge. We are looking for an experienced on farm sales specialist with gravitas and a knowledge of dairy nutrition and feed ingredients. Create, communicate and gain senior stakeholder agreement to a compelling 3-year growth plan for the sales region.
Ensure the delivery of the sales plan in partnership with key stakeholders to achieve budgetary targets; sales margins and volumes in the region to maximise business performance
Working closely with KW Retail team where leads and prospects have been identified within the wider dairy division; collaboration between teams where commercial opportunities can be shared will be crucial
Understand strategic products and co-products within the area to help maximise profitability
Take ownership for the territory and ledger, ensuring collaboration with regional and functional teams.
Contribute to a culture within the sales team where collaboration and sharing of knowledge between colleagues offers opportunities for best practice within the team.
Good commercial negotiator, with experience in an agricultural D2F sales role.

~ Maintained a progressive network with industry influencers.
