About the Role:
The successful candidate will take a lead role in defining, promoting, delivering, and assuring the OT Security service offering. The role will require a blend of customer-focused business development and consultancy, and internally-focused project support and assurance.

Key Responsibilities - Including but not limited to:

  • Support Operational Technology (OT) / Industrial Control System (ICS) project compliance with cyber security requirements.
  • Support sales teams with OT Security related bids.
  • Assurance of delivered solutions against applicable standards (e.g. IEC 62443 or similar).
  • Define and promote OT security services to Firstco customers.
  • Represent Firstco at industry events and communities regarding OT Security.
  • Inform and educate Firstco customers and personnel of cyber security requirements and processes.
  • Ensure Firstco remains abreast of developments in regulations, standards, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM subject or related field (or equivalent applicable experience).
  • Recognised cyber security professional qualifications (e.g. CISSP, GICSP).
  • Experience of OT architectures and requirements.
  • Experience of Critical National Infrastructure environments.
  • Experience of cyber security regulatory landscape (NCSC, NIS).
  • Experience working with IEC 62443 or comparable standards.
