As a Search Experience Specialist, you will be a curious and organized expert in search experience optimization (SEO), with a proven track record for enhancing websites and staying updated on the constantly-evolving digital landscape. Your experience in on-page optimization, keyword research, and a holistic approach to website improvement will be instrumental in creating a best-in-class B2B web experience. You will play a critical role in facilitating content optimization and creation to increase visibility, adopting new search KPIs, and implementing best practices aligned with evolving search trends.
You will work collaboratively across the global marketing organization and beyond to brainstorm, educate, and advocate for SEO, generative engine optimization (GEO), and AI overview (AIO) best practices. While staying informed of the ever-changing digital landscape, you’ll deliver work alongside digital publishers and web developers, brand and content strategists, and a diverse array of stakeholders to provide technical and content recommendations, identify content gaps and opportunities, and advance our owned digital presence.
Please note that the role is UK-remote; candidates must have valid right to work in the UK, and be based in the UK for the duration of the contract.
Execute on-page SEO, GEO, and AIO strategies to enhance visibility, website/domain authority, and query relevance.
* Collaborate with SEO/GEO and paid search agencies to generate insights and actionable recommendations from audits and findings.
* Partner with internal stakeholders, including the Digital Performance Marketing Manager, to create action plans based on data findings from tools like SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Clearscope, and Schema App.
* Manage and own the internal search process flow, including keyword/prompt research, technical performance checks, and updated brief requirements, utilizing platforms such as Workfront, Smartsheet, and Jira.
* Co-maintain and organize a web content library to monitor for performance, freshness, and internal linking opportunities in partnership with the Digital Content Strategist.
* Collaborate with web publishing and development teams to advise on and optimize the overall search and digital experience, utilizing off-site and on-site search methods to support business objectives.
* Contribute to recurring performance reports with insights, actions, and data-driven findings.
**Experience driving organic growth and improving B2B and SaaS website performance at an enterprise level.
* Experience with web analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Looker Studio, and/or Adobe Analytics for tracking user behavior and conversion metrics.
* Proficiency in SEO monitoring tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and/or technical SEO tools like Screaming Frog, Google Tag Manager, and Schema App, for tracking, analyzing, and optimizing website performance.
* Strong editorial and brand eye to identify content opportunities that blend SEO and human-centric content.
* Familiarity with enterprise content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
* Expertise incorporating search methodologies seamlessly into digital content marketing strategies.
* Drive to learn about peripheral departments and teams for personal and professional growth.
* Strong analytical and project management skills.
* Certifications in Google Analytics, SEO, or related fields.
* Data-driven decision maker with advanced analytics skills.
* Experienced with agile methodologies, experience in digital, publishing, or content teams.
* Understanding of compliance and ethical standards in digital marketing.
