The postholder will work as a member of an experienced team to deliver effective services that safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people at different stages of their journey.

Requirements of the Children's Social Worker:

  • Degree or equivalent in social work
  • Current Social Work England registration
  • Must have experience with court work and also child protection for our safeguarding and care planning teams
  • 5 years reference, gaps in employment history checked
