The Vacancy

Join our team as the IT and Change Risk and Controls Manager, where you'll play a crucial role as the first line of defense, reporting directly to the Head of IT Services and Cyber Security.

Salary competitive DOE.

Your primary responsibility will be to embed OneFamily's operational risk management framework within the IT and Change function. You'll collaborate with IT teams to develop, implement, and test controls to mitigate IT risks effectively.

Also, you'll provide support and assurance to the IT & Change Senior Management Team, oversee the risk and control environment, and monitor the effectiveness of controls and risk mitigation strategies.

As the point of contact for Internal and External Audit, Compliance, and Risk, you'll ensure smooth communication and support the closure of audit actions.
