Description

The role of Operations Team Leader will involve:

Leading and coordinating the logistics team in Wednesbury.
Working Wednesday to Sunday 21:30-05:30.
Overseeing logistics operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Implementing and maintaining logistics strategies.
Ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies.
Managing and resolving any logistics-related issues.
Communicating effectively with other departments.
Providing training and support to team members.
Reporting on team performance and suggesting improvements.Profile

A successful Operations Team Leader should have:

Proven experience in a team leader role within a fast-paced distribution environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
Excellent knowledge of logistics processes and principles.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
Excellent communication skills.
