Join one of Cirencester s most established employers on a 6-month temporary contract as a Project Administrator. Based in the office 3 days per week, you ll oversee the organisation and delivery of events for our clients Early Years programme recruits, ensuring a high-quality experience.

Offering GBP12 per hour (rising to GBP13.74 after 12 weeks), this role is initially a 6-month temporary contract, with a strong possibility of the role being extended for the right candidate.

In the role of Project Coordinator, you ll be responsible for:

  • Assisting with the shared mailbox, being the primary point of contact for multiple programme intakes.
  • Organising both virtual and face-to-face programme events.
  • Updating master spreadsheets to reflect programme attendees.
  • Anticipating and resolving any issues that arise during events.
  • Coordinating with the Team Manager to arrange hotel bookings, room and meal choices related to programme events.

To be considered for the role of Project Coordinator, you will need to have the following:

  • Strong prioritisation and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and confident picking up new systems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills suitable for all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent prioritisation skills with evidence of handling in a similar role.

The Role:

As Project Coordinator, you will be reactive and resilient, working at pace and providing essential administrative support to facilitate the smooth running of the Training operation. You will confidently work on multiple projects at once, including inbox management, organisation of several projects, administrative tasks relating to intakes and ad-hoc projects as required.

You ll be provided with full training to ensure you can work effectively and be part of a collaborative and supportive team. Plus, as a Niche temporary worker, you will accrue holiday pay, have weekly pay and if you stay past 12 weeks of employment, and be opted into our pension scheme. Many of our temporary workers have gone on to secure long-term contracts or permanent roles with this employer.

The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for multiple intakes, managing stakeholder relationships and proactively addressing any challenges that arise.
