Leading the planning discipline team on high complexity, high risk project or programmes
# Creation and maintenance of project schedules that assist and align with project requirements
# Adherence to NEC or FIDIC contract processes for management of schedule data and submissions
# Assist project team to develop status reports to keep management informed on project progress
# Oversight of day-to-day management, staffing and the implementation of Integrated Project Controls standards and processes
# Development of the project schedules in conjunction with the project manager and project team
# Interacting with the project team to define scope of work to develop and update detailed schedules, cost information and identification of variances from original plan
# Interacting with and assisting the project managers to schedule work and coordinate assignments
# Evaluation of project schedule progress and performance and identify developing problem areas
# Assisting project managers to maintain timely and effective change management processes and procedures
# Conducting analysis to understand alternative courses of action or recovery on slipped schedules
# Undertaking of project reviews
# Monitoring and consolidating of overall project plans
# Monitoring the project managers reporting system summarising the progress status of all projects
# Monitor and advise on status of project KPIs

You have professional Project Controls experience specialising in Planning & Scheduling in multiple sectors across the whole Project lifecycle. You have strong knowledge and proficiency with Primavera (P6) and/or other planning and resourcing software. You will be a strong communicator and leader with the ability to influence, manage, motivate, coach and develop a team by creating a diverse, inclusive and performing team that is promoting empowerment and contribution and with a passion to build a supporting community and network beyond the delivery activities.
A degree in a relevant technical or management field or suitable equivalent qualifications and experience
# A membership to a relevant professional body, Association for Project Management, Project Management Institute
# The ability to make risk-based decisions where the parameters are unclear and judgement is needed
# Project team leadership with the ability to mobilise, inspire and lead by example
