We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Social Executive to join us at Realtime Agency,
a fast-growing performance and brand marketing agency. This is an existing opportunity to
support the activation of state-of-the-art paid social advertising campaigns across some of our
biggest accounts, including multi-billion dollar companies and household brands.
You will be a fast learner who is passionate about the digital advertising space. Your analysis and
recommendations will directly support decisions towards our optimisation strategy, so you’ll need
to be analytical and data-driven, with excellent attention to detail. You will be motivated by
working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, never failing to demonstrate kindness,
integrity, and respect for your clients and your colleagues; taking pride in your work, and
collaborating in a kind and respectful way with others.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, manage, and execute large-scale social campaigns across multiple platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, X and Snapchat, targeting client KPIs.
- Implement best practice optimisation processes to ensure maximum campaign performance potential is reached for both KPIs and budget delivery.
- Collect & analyse data, and identify trends & insights to maximise performance efficiency.
- Manage client communications within key accounts, and present accurate and valuable performance insights and recommendations at regular client meetings.
- Responsible for driving new ideas to improve the performance of campaigns and executing tests
- Manage campaign expenses and stay on budget.
- Stay at the forefront of industry innovation and best practices, learn and grow your knowledge, and bring new findings and ideas to clients and internal teams.
You’re the right person for the role if you have:
- Hands on experience with paid social campaign activation across channels such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
- Proven track record of success in meeting social campaign KPIs.
- Degree in business, maths, marketing, engineering, science or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines.
- Experience with website and lead analytics (such as UTM tagging or Google Analytics).
- Ad platform certifications are a plus.
- Outstanding data handling and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-organised and flexible; able to move from project to project without delay.
