As a Production Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of production, from cultivation to packaging. Your responsibilities will include: managing daily operations in the production facility. Coordinating with suppliers, customers, and packaging teams. Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Optimising production processes for efficiency and yield. Collaborating with other departments to meet production targets.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in food production management, leading teams of up to 100. You will receive a competitive package between £40-45k working in a day shift role, hours of work are Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm.
