We have an opportunity for a Sales Ledger & Billing Manager to join our Northampton based Finance Team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Sales Ledger team.
  • Overseeing timely and accurate weekly billing issuance.
  • Handling client queries relating to billing, working closely across departments to resolve issues.
  • Closely monitor the Aged Debtors report and oversee the cash collection.
  • Maintain monthly reporting for credit insurance.

Person Specification

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
  • Knowledge of Sage an advantage.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Must be detailed and accurate.
  • A flexible and proactive approach with the ability to work effectively as part of team & on own initiative.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
