Your duties will include:

  • Developing new business (primary & secondary deals)
  • Developing/maintaining business relationships with existing & prospective clients/counterparties
  • Credit analysis preparing proposals
  • Monitoring business portfolio
  • Leading transactions to deal completion

Your experience must include:

  • Extensive proven and relevant experience in credit and loan documentation gained within banking covering a real estate portfolio
  • Strong credit analysis skills
  • Fluency in Chinese language is ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Degree educated
