As a Works Planner within the Voids team, you will be responsible for overseeing and scheduling the workload of the Trade colleagues and Contractors by allocating and organising work, ensuring that all work streams within the Voids Team are effectively arranged to maintain efficient service provision. You will also provide a robust administrative support service to the team including responding to correspondence and telephone calls, inputting and accessing computerised information and maintaining accurate and concise manual records.
Ability to use computer software programmes to ensure the validity of data and input relevant data.
Ability to collaborate with external stakeholders, such as contractors, suppliers to achieve a common goal, ensuring effective collaboration in such situations.
