The Level 2 Early Years Educator role offers a salary of
for full time, 40 hours per week. If you're looking for part time hours, let us know and we will see how we can accommodate you. 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays rising year on year to 30 days after 5 years service

What The Level 2 Early Years Educator Role Entails
As a Qualified Early Years Educator you'll be more than just an Educator; Your primary focus will be creating a safe and inspiring learning environment where every child thrives. You'll be a team player ensuring that you and your team meet the unique needs of each child. You'll collaborate with your team to plan, organise and execute engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). An ability to effectively communicate with parents, children and colleagues will empower you to deliver the best experience possible.
You'll be an integral part of setting the stage for curiosity and exploration, utilising both indoor and outdoor spaces. With a hands-on approach and with great attention to detail, you'll deliver exceptional experiences throughout the children's learning journeys within our nursery. You'll take ownership for observing and assessing your key children, and you'll work with the child, colleagues and parents to set individualised goals.

For the Level 2 Early Years Educator role you'll hold a relevant childcare qualification, level 2 minimum. You will likely have some experience in a similar role within a nursery or other childcare or educational setting
