Bluebird Care Norwich & North Norfolk have a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate, motivated Care Supervisor to join our fast-paced operations team. The full-time role based in our Norwich office requires someone with exceptional communication and organisational skills.

As a Domiciliary Care Supervisor you will lead by example, supporting a fantastic team of Care Assistants to provide excellent home care services across Norwich City, North Norfolk and the Norfolk Broadland.

Working closely with our our Registered Manager you will create and implement person-centred care plans, ensuring our customers receive the highest quality service from Bluebird Care Norwich & North Norfolk

The perfect candidate will:

  • Have experience in creating effective outcome based and person centred care plans and carrying out risk assessments
  • Have the ability to develop good and effective relationships with all aspects of the business internally and externally.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills to manage, prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Excellent IT and communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Have mentor/supervisor experience
  • Ability to work as part of a team and problem solve.
  • Be detail orientated with a passion to succeed
  • Flexible approach to work
