Duties / Required experience

Experience of programming and operating an Aberlink CMM with 4.22 software Inspection of components using conventional measuring equipment and CMM to ensure they meet customers specification -- Dimensional inspection (Advantageous) Providing the final sign-off on finished and inspected parts to designate that they are ready to get sent to the customer

Plan and organise internal & external calibration system to make sure that it's up to date

Carry out 1st / 10th off inspection checks at machines Raising and investigation of internal & external non-conformances

Maintain quality documentation
