In this crucial role, you will independently manage the premises between 9AM and 1PM, Monday to Thursday, handling bookkeeping and administrative operations on your own. As the office is often without other staff on-site, the ideal candidate will thrive in a self-managed environment, along with having bookkeeping and ISO 9001 experience. Free parking is provided at the office location.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle financial operations using Xero, including bookkeeping and financial reporting.
* Coordinate daily administrative tasks, including order processing and customer service.
* Learn and maintain the company's quality management system.
* Manage the premises independently, ensuring they are operational and secure during designated hours.
* Dispatching products via local post office.
Essential Experience / Qualifications and Attributes Required:
* Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience.
* Good level of understanding of ISO 9001 procedures.
* IT literate, ideally with accounting software like Xero.
* Ability to work independently and without supervision in a solitary office setting.
* Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
