Job Description This is a great opportunity to join our expanding Risk & Compliance team. You will provide administrative support to the team, including the COLP/Group Legal Compliance Officer and the Head of Compliance Operations. The role will be predominantly home-based with occasional travel to our Birmingham office required.

The position is offered on a 12 month contract basis initially, with the possibility of further extension. Provide general support and assistance to our central Risk & Compliance team, servicing our various professional services business.
Support with meetings, including for Risk & Security Committee (preparing agenda and document packs, taking and sharing minutes, and tracking actions through to completion).
Assist with creation of training programmes and maintaining accurate training records.
Coordinate finalising and uploading of internal policies, procedures and guidance and ensure that our document register is kept up to date.
Support with delivery of audits and other projects.
Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, Teams, case management.

The role will be predominantly home-based with occasional travel to our Birmingham office as required. This will be at least monthly and may require more frequent travel.

Our Risk & Compliance team of around 10 people is based mainly in the Birmingham hub. Reporting to the Head of Compliance Operations, the team takes a proactive approach and works closely with the firm to manage risk, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and embed a best practice culture.
