Job Title: Salesforce CPQ Lead/Architect

Location: Remote (Need to be in United Kingdom - UK)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect/Lead Developer with extensive experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Experience Clouds, and CPQ. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, leadership experience, and a proven track record of delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and implement Salesforce solutions using best practices across Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and CPQ.

Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle from requirements gathering to solution design, development, testing, and deployment.

Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.

Lead data migration projects from legacy systems leveraging tools like Data Loader, Workbench, and MuleSoft.

Configure CPQ features including product setup, pricing, discounting, quote templates, and order management.

Implement Field Service Lightning (FSL), including data models, territories, work orders, and resource management.

Manage Salesforce security models (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, OWD).

Conduct code reviews, resolve merge conflicts, and ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices.

Utilize DevOps tools such as Copado, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Salesforce DX for CI/CD.

Lead the integration of Salesforce with external systems and applications.

Mentor and guide development teams, providing technical leadership and fostering a collaborative environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

Strong proficiency with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

Extensive experience with Salesforce CPQ, Field Service Lightning (FSL), and API integrations.

Proven experience implementing Salesforce security models and custom metadata-based solutions.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployments using ANT, SFDX, Git, and CI/CD tools.

Expertise in Salesforce Flow, Workflow, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies and test-driven development.

Familiarity with AppExchange products and Salesforce Community Cloud.

Exposure to RLM
