The properties are all very different and this role presents an exciting opportunity to deliver Ynys Môn & Llŷn's volunteering and community ambition across the portfolio.
The National Trust in Wales is a bilingual organisation and all staff and volunteers must show a commitment to work in a fully bilingual environment. You will lead on the development and delivery of this portfolio's strategic plan for volunteering and communities alongside the portfolio leadership team. With a strong focus on seeking out and building relationships with existing and potential new partners and community groups you will also increase the confidence and capability of our volunteer managers. Alongside our volunteer managers, you will be responsible for creating a collaborative, inclusive, flexible and supportive environment for our existing & future volunteers, communities and partners with the National Trust's value of Everyone Welcome in mind.
