As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the Store Manager with the day to day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence. Inspiring and supporting staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflect our values, our Assistant Store Managers?Ensuring highest standard of customer serviceAchieving targets Maintaining a high standard of visual merchandisingMaximising sales through physical and digital channelsSupporting with the recruitment and development of volunteersAchieving expectations within campaign activitiesWorking with the manager to generate stock
Our stores are fast-paced and trade 7 days a week which means we require flexibility from our store teams to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
This role is for a full time permanent contract.
Due to the volume of deliveries and donations, it can be physically demanding at times, yet most rewarding as you play a part in helping to fund life-saving research.Experience in a customer facing roleSupervisory experienceCommercially driven to encourage new ideas Inclusive approach to developing teamsPassion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving the highest retail standards Results driven but with a recognition of right result, right way.
