This is an excellent opportunity for a Survey Technician to join an industry leading surveying company, working on some of the UK's major construction developments with training and progression opportunities on offer for the right candidate.

This company, have offices spread out throughout the UK and are an industry leader, having developed an excellent industry reputation through providing a high quality and extensive surveying service, both through keeping within budget restraints as well as adhering to deadlines. They plan to build upon their excellent reputation through onboarding individuals with the same values which will therefore allow the business to consistently provide an excellent standard of service.

The ideal candidate will work independently completing small to medium scale topographical, setting out and measured building surveys. You will have acquired previous practical experience through a trainee role or structured trainee programme, taking instruction from the lead surveyor and process raw survey data and CAD data to a high working standard.

*Carry out small to medium Topographical and Measured Building Surveys - collect data and presenting using AutoCAD generated drawings.
*Set Up Surveying Instruments
*Reporting to Senior surveyors and Surveying Manager

Pervious experience with topographical and measured building surveys
*Experience processing raw survey data and CAD data
*Driving License
*Able to commute to their Manchester office
