Are you passionate about hospitality and eager to embark on a rewarding career in one of Oxford's most esteemed institutions? we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Bar Supervisor.
Position: Bar Supervisor
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week 4pm - Midnight Tues to Sat.
Nestled in the heart of Oxford, this college is renowned for its vibrant community and commitment to excellence in education and hospitality. As part of our commitment to providing exceptional service to our students, staff, and guests, we are seeking a talented Bar Supervisor to join our dynamic team as we navigate events.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the college bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Supervise and motivate a team of bar staff, providing training and support as needed.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in the bar area.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to college procedures.
Assist with stock management, including ordering, receiving, and rotating inventory.
Contribute to the development of promotional initiatives and events to enhance the overall bar experience.
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or pub setting.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
Competitive salary of £24,278 per annum.
