Hunter AHP have an excellent opportunity for a Locum Physiotherapist to work for a private intermediate care provider based in North Lincolnshire.

You will be responsible for ensuring that patients get the best possible care in their homes, supporting early discharge from hospital, early assessment for care needs and avoidance of hospital admission.

This role is to start as soon as possible and will be for 3 to 4 months in duration.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an established and supporting multi-disciplinary therapy team.
