Senior Brand Manager - Northern Europe

Iconic Food Brand

Up to £60-80k plus package

Hybrid - Based London HQ 1-2 days per week

The role:

  • We're seeking a Senior Brand Manager – Northern Europe to steer the course of a major food brand across Northern European markets.
  • Dive into the exciting realm of a unicorn brand valued at €60 million and expanding across Northern Europe. This is your chance to pioneer meaningful initiatives and drive substantial growth
  • Fuel your passion for transformation by revolutionizing media strategies and consumer activations.
  • Collaborate closely with brand growth teams to execute dynamic strategies, propel core growth, and introduce groundbreaking products and communications.
  • Take the reins of full P&L responsibility, both top and bottom line, while forging strong partnerships with distributors in each market.
  • Master the art of cross-cultural collaboration, seamlessly operating within cross-functional teams spanning Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.

Ideal candidate:

  • Bring to the table 3-5 years of brand management expertise, ideally at the SBM/Brand Lead level within the Food & Beverage or Consumer sectors.
  • Showcase a proven track record of driving brand growth and curating holistic brand experiences.
  • proficiency in navigating diverse markets, channels, and activation strategies, working closely with distributors.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Northern Europe markets, including the Nordics, DACH, or Benelux.
  • Thrive in ambiguity, offering innovative solutions and challenging the status quo with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Excel in matrix environments, effortlessly collaborating across boundaries, cultures, and languages, with a comfort for remote teamwork.
  • Exhibit a hands-on, entrepreneurial spirit coupled with a strategic mindset, capable of driving both vision and execution.
