Acorn by Synerige is searching for a highly motivated Admin Business Support to join their Public Sector client based in Preston. This is a contracted role due to start on 01/05/2024 ending on 31/12/2024.
Location : Preston PR1
Pay: £11.44
Hybrid working - If you are unable to provide a suitable homeworking environment, you will be required to work from your office base or nearest suitable office location.
Job Responsibilities:
* Providing general administrative support across two teams.
* Support the District Lead Team in administration of the casework of county council Members, MP's, District and Parish Councillors.
* Assist the Complaints Officer to deal with Highways Complaints received into the team following the guidelines of the formal complaints process.
* Accurately record requests and information received via email and phone.
* Data processing. - Setting up of new cases and project demands.
* Providing support for meetings including arranging dates, room bookings, preparation of agendas and note taking.
* Responding to and resolving where appropriate enquiries generated by the Services.
Experience and Skills:
* Experience of working within an administration setting and possess good IT skills
* Able to clearly communicate the information you need and listen to individual requirements is key.
* Be flexible and have good organisational skills
