Full-time, permanent
-Monitor and assess learners, ensuring they have access and opportunity to achieve the requirements of the standards set out in their individual learning plan.
-Coordinate and manage the process of learning, assessment and verification through any required standards and qualifications.
-Determine and develop training plans and where necessary negotiate opportunities for delivery through site managers.
-Liaise with other appropriate staff and update and maintain learner records in accordance with requirements.
-The preparation of learners for their End Point Assessment, and for their job role.
-Carrying out Health & Safety audits and maintaining the Health and Safety and Safeguarding policies to ensure the welfare of learners and staff. The training provider are offering a starting salary of between £38,500 and £39,500 per annum for this position, which would also include a contributory pension, business mileage, a health plan (including dental and optical contributions), and 34 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays). It is a full-time role, with general hours from 8am to 4:30pm. However, there is an early finish on Fridays at 1pm. To be eligible for the position, you MUST have:
-A level 3 Engineering qualification
-Industrial experience of Engineering
