Job Mission:
  • Engage in meticulous inspection and diagnostics of units, setting high standards for acceptance tolerances.
  • Deliver actionable feedback to drive effective issue resolution.
  • Elevate complex issues for comprehensive trend analysis.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Execute hands-on inspection and diagnostics of units with precision.
  • Ensure prompt reporting of analysis data to the Head of Engineering.
  • Analyze warranty returns, claims, and costs to initiate corrective and preventative actions.
  • Become the primary technical support resource across internal departments.
  • Communicate fault and liability information, paving the way for robust corrective actions.
  • Contribute to action plans for enhancing build quality and slashing warranty claims.
  • Keep the warranty department in top-notch operational shape.
  • Masterfully maintain the calibration system.
  • Undertake special projects and actively participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Craft reports that effortlessly convey complex information.
Your Skill Set:
  • Desired knowledge of fuel systems and engine applications.
  • Proficiency in hydraulic and electromechanical systems.
  • Ability to decipher data for insightful root cause analysis.
  • GCSE Level A-C, IVQ Technician certificate, BTec first certificate, or an equivalent NVQ level 2 qualification.
