Mansfield, Nottingham office based
Full time, Mon Fri, 9.Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information including credit control as required.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Enter data accurately into databases, spreadsheets and accounting software.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, inventory and other business activities.
Provide administrative support to senior management and other team members as needed.
Previous experience in office administration and/or accounting role is ESSENTIAL.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
