As a Behaviour Support Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting students with a range of additional, associated, and sometimes complex needs. ODD (Oppositional Defiant Disorder)
Language and Learning Difficulties
Full-time availability; part-time applications will not be considered.
Minimum of 6 months of experience working in Special Educational Needs (SEN) settings. Experience in Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) or behaviour support is highly beneficial.Providing one-to-one or small group support to students with behavioural challenges.
Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and external agencies to develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Monitoring and tracking student progress, providing regular feedback to stakeholders.
