  • Effective Communication: Develop and maintain strong communication channels with staff, service users, visitors, and contractors providing technical support.
  • Professional Development: Support and encourage continuous professional development (CPD).
  • Strategic Contribution: To help improve their current responsive repair process and ensure an efficient service throughout.
  • Property Inspections: Inspect properties and attend stakeholder meetings.
  • Standards Compliance: Conduct property inspections and tender repairs work when needed.
  • Data Management: Update and manage data through systems.
  • Progress Reporting: Report and monitor progress on current portfolio.
  • Contractor Management : Collaborate and supervise contractors to ensure quality standards and budget requirements are met.
