My client is on the hunt for a Home Manager to manage a small nursing home, offering nursing care for adults living with complex and high acuity needs. This role comes with a competitive annual salary of £65,000, an excellent bonus scheme tied to KPIs, and the opportunity to lead and shape your own team and service. Our client is a forward-thinking and growing provider in the healthcare sector. They specialise in nursing care for adults living with complex needs, including acquired brain injuries, complex mental health needs, dementia, and physical disabilities. As the Home Manager, your role will be the heartbeat of everything that happens in the care home. Responsibilities include: Leading by example and driving continuous improvement daily Quality initiatives and improvement Team leadership and management Recruitment and colleague development Referral management and occupancy Package and Benefits: As the Home Manager, you can look forward to an annual salary of £65,000 and an excellent bonus scheme on meeting KPIs.
