Drainage Engineer/Senior Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Drainage Engineer to join a rapidly growing team within a company specialising in comprehensive drainage services nationwide. This role involves delivering services to both private and public sector clients, covering a wide range of drainage solutions and surveying. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drainage systems and a proven skill set to contribute effectively to the team. Role Overview: The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver core planned preventative maintenance (PPM) services to clients while working closely with the broader drainage division and company leadership to identify new service opportunities and enhance business deliverables. The engineer will play a key role in maintaining and advancing the company's high service standards.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Strong understanding of drainage systems and containment solutions.
Proficiency in using CCTV survey equipment and electronic design tools.
Experience in drain repair and remedial work.
Flexibility to deliver multiple services across various sites and clients.
Experience working with vac-tankers.
Water jetting certification and experience (preferred).
Confined space certification and experience (preferred).
Ability to work independently across the UK or as part of a team.

Rewards & Package:
Salary up to £32,000.
Core hours: 40 hours per week.
Participation in quarterly profit share.
Separate overtime pay for additional hours, evenings, and weekends.
Company van provided.
All travel and accommodation expenses covered by the company.
Mobile phone and/or tablet provided.
Use of an electronic job management system.
