About Us: At  Figtree Early Learning Centre,  children benefit from a range of exciting programs and activities. This curriculum is inspired by the Early Years Learning Framework which describes the principles, practices and outcomes that support and enhance young children's learning from birth to five years of age. Figtree  is a purpose-built centre with a focus on supporting the needs of the community. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate educational programs for children aged 0-5 years.
Create a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment for children.
Observe and document children's progress, behaviour, and development.
Establish positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Foster an inclusive atmosphere that respects and celebrates diversity.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved) or working towards.
Knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Passion for early childhood education and a genuine interest in children's well-being and development.
