2Heads is a brand experience agency. We create experiences for the world’s leading brands. We’re a team of thinkers, planners and makers, designing and delivering exhibits and branded environments, live events, virtual experiences and experiential marketing campaigns. This is an exciting role that is all about project delivery, whether that be supporting bigger teams with their design and build exhibits or taking smaller events from the design process right through to the final delivery onsite. Ensuring the final execution is on brief, on time, on budget and delivered to the expected quality standard. Regular travel is to be expected based on the schedule of projects assigned.
With good commercial understanding and financial management, the role holder will be required to manage projects directly to meet profitability targets and be responsible for the commercial integrity for any / all projects they are assigned to.
In addition to assigned projects you will collaborate closely with your Technical Production peers with a “one team” vision that we can be proud ofthrough fulfilling the 2Heads mission ofproviding clients with a passionate, committed, and talented agency team, working in partnership to create and deliver meaningful brand experiences.
PROJECT PROPOSAL
Close collaboration with the Lead PM & technical production teams to build supplier RFQs and allocate project budgets
Attending pre-event meetings, conference calls & electronic communication.
Work with the creative, account & operation teams to ensure all client requests are achieved within budget & regulatory constraints.
Management of internal project management tools to capture project plans, timelines and client requirements.
Liaising with third party suppliers to obtain quotations, including negotiating on requirements and rates.
Create and maintain project estimates ensuring margins are kept throughout the project. Manage on-site installations with the support of Production Manager or Project Lead with the main sub-contractor in various destinations.
You are dedicated to providing the highest quality products and services which meet the needs and requirements of internal and external customers.
