La direction Achats «Product Developments, Partnerships & Innovation» recherche unCategory Managerafin de prendre la responsabilité du portefeuille d’achats à contenu stratégique "Computers & Peripherals". Ce portefeuille est composé de services et de produits électroniques ou informatiques, matériels ou immatériels fournis par les industriels de ces secteurs («C&P Products », i.e. produits de distribution, produits customisés ou produits de sous-traitance).

En lien avec son manager, avec la direction des achats et les directions opérationnelles concernées, il s’agira de piloter la définition et l’implémentation des stratégies Achats pour les familles d’achats et les fournisseurs sous sa responsabilité, avec l’objectif de favoriser les stratégies business et marketing de bioMérieux quand elles sont directement adossées à des produits venant de fournisseurs, d’optimiser coûts, qualité, service, d’anticiper et de minimiser les risques et de favoriser l’innovation.

Il s’agit également d’être le garant de leurs premières étapes de déploiement à travers la société, d’animer un réseau achats et de business partners pertinent pour les familles ou les fournisseurs pour lesquelles il/elle est responsable.

Quelles sont vos responsabilités au sein de bioMérieux ?

  • Piloter la relation avec les fournisseurs afin de favoriser les objectifs business de bioMérieux à court et à long terme en matière d’opportunités business, de création de valeur, de gestion des risques, d’innovation, de qualité, de service, de réduction des coûts,
  • Mettre en œuvre les actions Achats nécessaires pour capturer les opportunités business identifiées sur le marché et pouvant accompagner les stratégies marketing et R&D,
  • Accompagner et faciliter les projets de mise en œuvre de nouveaux produits (instruments et/ou systèmes pouvant inclure accessoires, consommables et logiciels) issues de ces opportunités en coordination avec l’équipe achats Projets,
  • Concevoir et développer les stratégies des types d’Achats sous sa responsabilité et communiquer leurs contenus, piloter leur mise en œuvre à travers l’organisation bioMérieux (responsabilité au niveau mondial). Maitriser son portefeuille d’achats en termes de coût, benchmarks, tendances du marché pour l’offre de produits/services,
  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des projets de réduction de coût,
  • Identifier de potentielles opportunités d’améliorations contractuelles et de renégociations. Préparer et mener les négociations avec les fournisseurs concernant les prix, les contrats et les accords à long terme,
  • Définir et gérer le panel fournisseurs pour les familles d’achats sous sa responsabilité (notamment l’approbation des fournisseurs, en coordination avec les fonctions pouvant contribuer),
  • Conduire des analyses de contrat avec les fournisseurs; préparer et mener des revues fournisseurs concernant notamment la performance en matière de Qualité, Couts, Délais, Service, Risques et Innovation, RSE, évaluation du positionnement stratégique du fournisseur, perspectives commerciales, produits/services stratégiques et développement de marché ; Mobiliser les ressources bioMérieux adéquates afin de capturer et implémenter les opportunités d’innovation venant des fournisseurs et les idées d’amélioration,
  • Manager le cas échéant les «work packages» Achats dans les projets de développement Produit s’appuyant pour tout ou partie sur des fournisseurs de son portefeuille.

Qui êtes-vous ?

  • Titulaire d’un Master 2 avec une spécialisation Achats ou équivalent, vous justifiez d’un minimum de 5ans d’expérience dans les Achats, une compétence Achats doublée de compétences techniques et/ou juridiques serait un plus,
  • Vous avez géré plusieurs types d’achats dans un environnement technique, réglementé et multiculturel y compris avec une dimension business,
  • Vous avez notamment fait la preuve de compétences pour sélectionner et qualifier les fournisseurs, comprendre les produits/services, préparer et mener des négociations, la gestion des contrats et des aspects IP/juridiques, pour définir des target costing, définir et tenir les engagements budgétaires et pour prendre en compte la gestion des dimensions multiculturelles,
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec les problèmes complexes pour lesquels aucune solution claire ne pré existe,
  • Vous connaissezles principes techniques, les agendas et pratiques de différents métiers, notamment le Marketing, la Supply Chain, le Manufacturing, le Juridique, les Affaires Réglementaires et la R&D,
  • Vous êtes à l’aise pour préparer des présentations et les partager y compris au plus haut niveau de l’organisation et en faisant face à de fortes attentes,
  • L’anglais est une langue de travail.

Le poste est basé à Marcy l’Etoile au sein de l’équipe Corporate Purchasing et reporte au Purchasing Director Third Parties Products & Partnerships.
