As a part of an emerging semiconductor cluster in the northeast, we are focussed on developing advanced technology, focussed on the next generation of semiconductors. We are looking to fill a number of exciting roles across device design and innovation through to manufacturing & reliability.

Located in Newton Aycliffe, UK, we occupy a 10,000 m2 purpose-built Class 100 manufacturing facility fully equipped to produce state of the art compound semiconductor product.

The role of Senior Program Manager is pivotal in our organization, serving as a driving force for the strategic planning, implementation, and success of all our programs and initiatives. As a Senior Program Manager, you will oversee multiple projects, providing leadership, direction, and support to ensure alignment with our objectives and goals. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, excels in communication, and has a proven track record of managing diverse teams and complex projects. Developing and implementing project and program strategies and objectives
Monitoring and evaluating program performance and outcomes
Identifying and mitigating program risks
Preparing and presenting program reports to senior management
Developing and maintaining program policies and procedures
Extensive experience in program management or related roles

Proven track record of successful program implementation
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in budget management and financial analysis
Familiarity with grant writing and funding procurement
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to travel as needed for program-related activities
