Job Description

  • Oversee daily pharmacy operations

  • Manage a team of pharmacists and pharmacy assistants
  • Comply with all regulatory and professional standards
  • Maintain an organised and safe environment for staff and customers
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy services
  • Manage stock levels and order supplies as needed
  • Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and care

The Successful Applicant

A successful Pharmacy Manager should have:

  • A degree in Pharmacy or a related field
  • Registration as a pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations
  • Ability to handle pressure and make decisions
