JOB ROLE BRIEF:

As a Baker, you will help with the daily production of all orders from start to finish. From preparing orders, baking and providing orders on time.

Youwill work closely witha small team of 4 members, includingthe Owner. We are looking for a passionate andexperienced Bakerwith great dedication for the job to give him or her the opportunity to work within apositiveand growing company where you have room to grow and develop within.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • 3 years baking experienceina professional kitchen, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volumeproductionkitchen and with excellent disciplineand standards
  • Obsessed with food quality, consistency, food safety and kitchen hygiene
  • Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Understands allergens and labelling
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A passion for creating good food and a great people attitude
  • A desire to succeed and push yourself forward within the business and the wider company

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • At least3 years of baking experience with qualifications
  • Must have a minimum of level 2 basic food hygiene certificate
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and work
  • Able to work alone but also as part of a team
  • Fluent English and right to work documentation

What we offer:

  • 5 days a week
  • 8 hour shifts
  • 40-45 hours a week
  • Extra hours will be compensated where necessary
  • 23 days holiday plus statuary public holidays
