DXC continues to significantly expand our SAP business in the UK and in Europe and are looking for senior SAP Technical Architects and leaders to be part of our team. All potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application. You are someone that actively wants to be involved in the end-to-end lifecycle of a SAP deal from participating in the initial sales engagement through to supporting our delivery colleagues in the execution. You will have the opportunity to work across several accounts both in the UK and in Europe and across multiple industries. We are a virtual first company so you will be based at home with minimal travel. We believe there are three key drivers of growth: People, Customers and Operational Execution . This is what our business is built on and this is where we invest. Due to the nature of our accounts, SC Security Clearance will be required therefore the criteria for this is that you will be a UK National who has worked and resided in the UK consistently for the past 5 years. We are unable to consider dual nationals currently. The Role OpportunityAnalysis Understand the client context and technical requirements (pre-RfP, RfP, Proposal, post RfP) The candidate must have deep expertise in creating and delivering a cohesive solution across multiple modules of S4HANA, expertise in the S/4Hana Cloud roadmap, including RISE. You must be able to apply this expertise to create proposals (Bids) and to oversee, improve and upgrade client enterprise systems and services Validate opportunities by understanding the business technical challenges, current technology architecture and scope of work and how it matches to DXCs capability and offering strategy Solution Design and Development Provide strong technical understanding of the SAP product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full platform solution Understand the roadmap for S/4 HANA and become a trusted technical advisor for clients in driving their S/4 HANA direction, adoption of S/4HANA products Develop the solution (S/4HANA greenfield implementation, rollouts, pure conversion, mix of conversion and greenfield, Next Generation SAP Application Management Services) by shaping, interpreting and helping to define clients technical requirements to ensure they align with the integration and enterprise architecture and the businesses transformation goals Differentiate DXC against competition in terms of price, quality, timelines, client effort, risk mitigation Define all elements of a solution model in detail including o Scope of services o The target architecture o Project roadmap o Delivery Model & resourcing estimates including role, location, level and capacity o Risk catalogue and mitigation plan o Proposal writeup and presentation Strong ability to detail IT infrastructure improvements and prepare a Tactical Roadmap, including the use of SAP standard tools (HANA Readiness Check, Pathfinder Reports, DVM reports) To prepare a Roadmap in collaboration with Reporting and Cloud Integration SMEs Solution/Project Delivery Oversee technical implementation, improvements, upgrading of S4HANA solutions as per Industry best practices. Define and manage the deliverables of all functional teams to meet engagement objectives and budget Review project deliverables e.g., benefits realization strategy, to-be functional requirements, enterprise structure, business process master list (BPML), business process design document to ensure they meet project objectives Build and maintain relationships with key executives, business personnel, SME and a network of professional organizations or affiliations Utilize and apply best practices on projects based on experience and in consultation with experts, appropriately tailored for the client and their culture Estimate total effort for delivery across multiple application teams Work with teams located across multiple geographies Lead business requirements discussions with customer to Implement S/4 HANA solution Collaborate with stakeholders to design SAP solutions that meet business requirements. This involves understanding the organizations goals, processes, and existing systems. Contribute to DXCs Global Capability Offering Requirements Proven experience of SAP Basis and / or ABAP experience Recent experience in S/4 HANA Implementation / System Conversion / Landscape Transformation Minimum four full lifecycle implementations / roll outs & support experience S/4 HANA Technical Architecture Must have proven experience as a Technical Architect or in a similar role Strong technical / analytical expertise and project management skills Effective leadership and motivation abilities Experience in creating architectural models and visual representations Experience of designing solutions that provide an integrated approach for SAP customers. This includes deploying and stabilizing SAP solutions Proven experience in consultative solution building and delivery Wealth of experience in project/program management Certification in S/4 HANA, and/or other SAP Solutions is a plus Special Attention for Demonstrated performance in SAP advisory / pre-sales experience Experience of additional S/4Hana Cloud solution e.g., simplified data model, BTP Client consulting skills and demonstrated experience Remote working/work at home options are available for this role.
