We are seeking a passionate, data-driven People Partner to collaborate closely with stakeholders, drive growth, and foster a high-performance culture. Reporting to the People Director, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of strategic projects and support stakeholders in achieving their business goals. Data-Driven Decisions : Use data and analytics to report on People metrics and inform strategic decisions (utilising both Excel and reporting tools).
✨ L&D Initiatives : Identify training needs with managers and facilitate programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
✨ Serve as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance on People-related policies and procedures.
✨ Performance Management : Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, evaluations, and career development planning.

Previous experience as a People Partner or in People Operations within a high-growth environment, preferably in Tech, Fintech, or similar industries.
✅ Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Passionate about data integrity and reporting.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships at all levels.
