Description

We are currently seeking a skilledFire Risk Assessorto join the talented service team at Bull Products, a well-established company based inBridgwater.As a Fire Risk Assessor you will be joining a company that offer fire extinguishers, temporary alarms and monitoring across the fire safety sector.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in conducting high quality fire risk assessments on a range of customer sites across the construction industry.

Key duties and responsibilities of a Fire Risk Assessor...

  • Conduct fire risk assessments on customer sites.
  • Completing all risk assessment documentation on time and to a high standard.
  • Maintaining a good understanding of the relevant British Standards and fire safety legislation.
  • Point of contact for customer technical queries.
  • Maintaining industry knowledge of fire alarm / emergency lighting / signage design specifications.
  • Attending customer facing meetings when required.
  • Working remotely under your own autonomy.
Requirements
  • Recognised Fire Risk Assessment qualification from FPA/IFE/FIA or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
  • As this is a field-based role, travelling will be required.
  • Health and Safety (IOSH/NEBOSH)
  • Relevant fire/safety training (FIA/FPA etc.)
  • Industry knowledge of fire alarm/ emergency lighting/ signage design/ specifications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm (3 days on site, 2 days working from home)
