The school caters for and works with students between EYFS and KS2 with mixed learning levels and has a fantastic provision for SEN students. The school are particularly interested if you have previously worked in a similar setting, but also open to caretakers with experience of general maintenance and repairs. Job Details - Premises Assistant - Greenwich

  • Responsible for the general maintenance and development of the fabric and grounds of the academy, to a high standard.
  • To provide a safe, secure, clean, warm and stimulating environment for all site users and visitors.
  • ASAP start. Full-time, temp to perm contract.
  • £100 - £115 (UMB or PAYE options)
Person Specification - Premises Assistant - Greenwich
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to undertake a range of general maintenance, caretaking and cleaning duties out routine maintenance and decorating tasks
  • Enthusiasm, energy and commitment
  • A flexible approach to working hours (May be asked in on the occasional Saturday)
